Matte vs. Shimmer Eyeshadows
With mattes making a comeback, we here at Cliché feel like it is time to tackle the big question of the season………….matte or shimmer eyeshadows? Well it can be a tie, as they both can make your eyes pop for different reasons.
A matte eyeshadow is a classic favorite that is very versatile and is always suitable, so there is little wonder why it is a staple in so many makeup bags. On the other hand shimmer eyeshadows are perfect for making a statement, a night out, or for those days when you’re feeling extra sparkly! Don’t be intimidated by the sparkles, shimmer shades come in all sorts of colors and levels of brightness that caters to all personality types and how you’re feeling!
So make your choice or better still arm your makeup bag with both types of eyeshadows and apply according to your mood!
